A three-day game jam takes place in October
The Estonian National Museum, together with the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Tartu, is organising the "University of Tartu Game Jam 2026". The event will take place from 9 to 11 October, starting on Friday at 6.00 pm and ending on Sunday at 8.00 pm at the Delta Centre (Narva mnt 18, Tartu).
It is possible to participate in person at the Delta Centre or online.

The project is coordinated by the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) and the Business and Cultural Development Centre (KEPA), with partners including Raising the Floor, Cookie Box Group Gamification & Serious Game, Nurogames GmbH, KU Leuven, Unisystems Luxembourg, Open Impact, Museospace, the Prato Textile Museum and the Estonian National Museum.
The project ‘Digital Cultural Heritage as a Social Resource’ is supported by the Ministry of Culture as part of the "Estonian Culture Research and Development Programme 2023–2026".
