  • University of Tartu Game Jam 2026
The Estonian National Museum, together with the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Tartu, is organising the "University of Tartu Game Jam 2026". The event will take place from 9 to 11 October, starting on Friday at 6.00 pm and ending on Sunday at 8.00 pm at the Delta Centre (Narva mnt 18, Tartu).
It is possible to participate in person at the Delta Centre or online.

October 9 (Friday)

18:00 — Opening Ceremony & Team Registration Begins
23:59 — Team Registration Deadline

October 10 (Saturday)
→ Game Development in full swing 🎨👾

October 11 (Sunday)
16:00 — Game Submission Deadline
16:00–18:00 — Voting
18:30 — Game Presentations
20:00 — Award Ceremony

The i-Game project is funded by the European Union through the Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. The project is coordinated by the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) and the Business and Cultural Development Centre (KEPA), with partners including Raising the Floor, Cookie Box Group Gamification & Serious Game, Nurogames GmbH, KU Leuven, Unisystems Luxembourg, Open Impact, Museospace, the Prato Textile Museum and the Estonian National Museum.

The project ‘Digital Cultural Heritage as a Social Resource’ is supported by the Ministry of Culture as part of the "Estonian Culture Research and Development Programme 2023–2026".
